Nutella and Rice Krispies make a killer combo. Full stop.
Whether it is a spoon dipped in nutella then dipped in a jar of rice krispies or anything alike.
Being so good I thought about making rice Krispies out of the combo but ended up with making up barks. I prefer the bark; I now…
omnomnom. Munch on avec cucumbers and celery.
Great homemade Salsa:
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 little can of diced green chiles
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced, or garlic powder
- 3-4 whole green onions (stem included) chopped up
- Couple shakes of red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp of salt
Blend it all together minus the tomatoes, then add the tomatoes and blend a little to mince the tomatoes.
Spinach Burgers
These are the absolute best! I am making them again tonight!
Makes about 4
1 bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 c diced onion
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix well in a bowl
Now, form into burger-sized patties. (or you can do spinach balls)
Heat a non stick skillet over med-high. Spray with a bit of cooking spray.
Cook about 5-6 minutes.
Serve on your choice of bread product, or eat them “naked”.
